Every year I have the pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel. It works as a clock! Starting with the shuttle service, a speed of light check-in where, for example, Mr. Mohamed of the night shift was outstanding, excellent rooms with the best mattresses for your comfort, very tasty food, with an outstanding Italian restaurant where chefs Mohamed and Ahmet will prepare you delicious food, and above all the champions of hospitality headed by the GM Mr Atta and Misses Nour Fouad, are the guarantee that your stay will be unforgettable each time.

I recently joined all accor and I am a frequent traveler. I was very hopeful that the hotel chain belonging to this group would be at a level of luxury, cleanliness and sophistication. But I was shocked with my first stay at the Novotel Cairo Airport Hotel, where I encountered several things that I had never seen in my life, even one-star hotels or even street motels !!! To save my time and yours, I will send a group of photos and here are some notes: 1- The room lacks everything and only has fixed furniture. There are no tissues, water, tea, coffee, bathrobes, extra blankets, or anything else. 2- The bathroom does not contain soap, toothbrushes, EarPods , or anything other than towels. 3- The kettle was very dirty and had an unbearable smell, even though there was no water, tea or coffee, but it was very noticeable. 4- It's funny to have one open water bottle with half the amount of water in it. 5- It is also funny that there is an empty envelope containing nothing in the tea and coffee section!! 6- The next morning, I asked the cleaning staff who were in the corridor for a toothbrush and water, and they did not respond to me until I gave them a tip. They were ignoring all my requests. Then I was given a brush and toothpaste in an envelope in a very disgusting way (see the picture). 7- The request is for a king room size, and the reality is that they are two single beds adjacent to one another !!!!! In the end, I would like to clarify that I did not publish these notes and photos to the public out of respect for your company and to ensure that I do not tarnish your reputation as a member of this organization. However, I hope that these notes will be carefully considered and verified by you, as I felt a very bad feeling and I hope that I will not be surprised in my next stay with the same thing. Those unhappy surprises. I hope that I will not have to withdraw from your group and go to another organization. Thank you

Great Hotel and close the Airport with FOC shuttle running every 30"

Once outside the airport we rang and waited 10" to be collected and taken to hotel - a great service. Unfortunately the checkin procedure was terrible - it took over 20" to be served to checkin with nobody in front of me. The Hotel seemed to have plenty of staff working out the back office as they were coming and going, but nobody seemed interested in serving guests on the front counter. They appear to have forgotten what SERVICE means. Once I got served all was great.
