Have stayed a few times before and felt that the service was not to the standard it has been in the past. Waited for a very long time to check into our room as there were not enough reception staff. No English Breakfast t-bags in the room for an early morning cuppa, rang reception for some and was told they would come up straight away and waited half an hour then rang again and still waited so we gave up and went for a walk instead. Breakfast was very busy but a good amount of staff to help.

well located, well appointed rooms.

We stayed for one night. The apartment was very well appointed. Our initial access was disappointing as the hallway carpets were dirty and smelly. We also had our car parked underground in secure parking, but the next day our car was covered with bird droppings which was not a good exit to our stay. We had to quickly get to a carwash to rewash our new, clean car. This was particularly unsavoury as the hotel put a $200 bond on my credit card in case we caused any damage to the rooms. I would appreciate being reimbursed for our car wash as this was damage to our property.

Love staying here! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Our spa suite was lovely and clean and had a lovely outlook onto the hills and trees. The location is fantastic, with the choice of restaurants and shops just across the road and of course the beach and lovely boardwalk just a hop skip and jump away. We were also glad to see that ‘Seasons’ had reopened again. We had a lovely dinner there as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppers Salt Resort. Also, the bed is nice and comfy.😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff members were very helpful and accomodating and most of the facilities were tidy and well maintained. Really enjoyed the swimming pool. Gym is overlooked and most of the equipment was broken or out of service. Suggest the management gets the broken equipment repaired and also provide some free weights/dumbbells to make up missing equipment.
