Fantastic place to stay. Pool was cold, but they don’t heat them in winter, but that didn’t stop people from swimming. Apartment was lovely and we could jump off our balcony into the water. Restaurant was good, staff amazing and the outdoor pool with a little beach was beat especially for little kids

Our stay at Peppers was so relaxing and enjoyable. The apartments are beautifully decorated and luxurious. Unfortunately during winter if you want to sit by the pool in the sun. You will struggle. The sunloungers are predominantly in the shade. You have to swap loungers throughout the day to try and stay in the sun. So unfortunately we resulted to going to the beach everyday. Which was a shame as the pool area is beautiful. We also saw lots of other guests at the beach due to the lack of sun around the loungers. So if you want to relax by the pool in the sun - during winter this will be a problem. Breakfast is also very basic.

I can understand your point on the sun lounges receiving more shade during winter due to the layout of the resort, and this may be a consideration for guests looking to book in the future. I would note though that whilst there is increased shade in winter months, there is still plenty of sun to be had through the day, and temperatures average approximately 25-26 degrees daily. Excellent time at Peppers Beach Club Port Douglas

We were greeted with smiling faces and a most helpful staff. they explained the operation of the resort and offered us a breakfast deal I had not realised I had missed. The bar staff were excellent, providing us with tropical drinks throughout our stay. The one downside as that the cafe staff lost our "reservations" a couple of days. We worked through it. Contacting the resort before our arrival, the helpful staff organized transfers from Cairns's airport to the resort.

The hotel is really pretty, fresh, clean. Our room was spacious, clean and lovely. Staff so friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. It's our second time staying at Peppers and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There is only one complaint and that's the buffet breakfast which I wouldn't recommend at all. The coffee is great though as is the wonderful staff in the restaurant. Pool Service food was good. We can't wait to return and loved every minute.

Deliciosamente fantástico!! Ideal para família ou casal em viagem romântica. O hotel é lindo, com decoração praiana, os quartos são modernos, parece "a little resort" só que diferente porque não tem tanta mordomia de atendimento nos quartos. Curtir a piscina e o bar dela depois de um dia de passeio é a melhor pedida!!
