One of the best hotels which we have ever stayed but...

In short: For sure I will come back to Egypt with my family and friends but if beach service will be not corrected I need to find the better hotel than Rixos Premium Seagate. Perfect: - room cleaning service (each day we were asked if clean is good , how we feel and if something more we need for example drinking water) - diversity and taste of food (we felt in love in oatmeal, fresh croissants, indian dishes like butter chicken with very taste white rice, gillred shrimps, sushi with raw fish, beef burger, fresh mango and pistachio baklava) - huge selection of alcohol drinks and fresh juices (Pinacolada and Rixos Blue was amazing!) - nice waiter service in restuarant (it was beautiful that almost each waiter try to laugh our baby :)) Waiters have remembered what we drink during meals. - high quality of baby chairs in the restaurant (wheels and adjustable wheels) - often and quick bus transport - ratio of the number of quests to the size of the hotel - evening entertainement like real concerts, art in the theatre! - long and good taste shisha - safe place (lifeguard) for swim with children without stones - close, private and safe beautiful reef (life vests and lifeguards) Beach service is the only one but very weak side of this hotel and needs to be corrected as soon as possible: - poor childs scream on beach in order to sell the bracelets (hotel has got the private beach so it should not be permitted!). Our baby has tried to sleep on beach but these childs wake him up... We can also not relax due to that :( - dirty beach... During whole week we see the same cigarettes and cups around our sunbeds. Plastic tables also do not cleaned. Sunbeds has bird excraments... - closed umbrellas on the beach (open the umbrella is very difficult and we do not see anyone from the service who can help us) - very rare waiter service on the beach and the waiter forget or do not understand what we have ordered...

Amazing Hotel – I’ll Never Stay Anywhere Else in Sharm!

I absolutely love this resort, and I’m convinced that the Aqua side is the superior choice! While everything in the main area is easily accessible by a quick golf buggy ride, staying on the Aqua side offers a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere with a lovely lounge bar and its own dedicated restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food: The à la carte dining is a highlight, and you can book a table every evening online (though it’s best to reserve a couple of days in advance). There are also two specialty restaurants available for an extra charge—we tried the teppanyaki, and it was exceptional! We keep talking about how delicious it was, and since we were the only guests that evening, it felt like a private dining experience. Drinks: The lounge bar is a gem. It’s air-conditioned, rarely crowded, and the service is top-notch. The drinks menu is extensive—17 pages long! My personal favorite was the kiwi margarita. All beverages, including the soft drinks, are branded, which was a pleasant surprise. Pool: We preferred the Aqua side pool because it’s deeper and conveniently located near the pool bar. Special shout-out to Ali, Amr, and Islam, who kept the drinks flowing—sometimes I even had to ask them to go easy on the alcohol during the day! While the pool bar menu has changed since our last visit, the team is more than happy to make custom drinks if you ask. Getting a sun lounger was never an issue, even when we arrived after 11 am. The lifeguards were proactive in removing towels from unattended loungers and always ready to assist in finding a spot if needed. There are also drink stations around the pool and at the main buggy stops, offering water, juices, and canned drinks—a thoughtful touch! Service: The buggy drivers were accommodating and would pick up guests even outside designated stops if you asked. This flexibility made getting around the resort easy and convenient. Rooms: Our room’s minibar was stocked daily with soft drinks, wine, beer, chocolate, and crisps. The updated toiletries were a pleasant surprise—the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel smelled amazing, and I won’t bother packing my own next time! They’ve moved to more eco-friendly products and packaging, but without sacrificing quality. Snorkeling: The snorkeling here is the best I’ve experienced in Egypt outside of a boat trip, and I’ve visited many times! The sea was a bit rough during our stay, and the pier was closed a few days due to high winds. But when it’s open, life vests are provided, and the marine life is incredible. The pier is about a mile long, so I recommend taking a golf buggy, though it’s walkable. There’s a coffee bar at the end and a juice bar and towel station at the start, so you don’t have to lug towels around. We even saw a lifeguard dive 10 meters down to retrieve a guest’s phone from the seabed—truly exceptional service The only watch out is the spa is very expensive but they will negotiate a price. Make sure you get it confirmed before you have the service. Also the aqua park is very busy we went once and decided not to stay very long as there were a lot of children as people came from the other two Rixos resorts. I’m sure it’s great for families with kids, it just wasn’t for us. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Sharm el Sheikh—I absolutely love this place!

Just had a hamam and massage at the spa with Jane. A wonderful experience made perfectly by Jane's professionalism and experience to know when to apply pressure and when not to. I'd certainly recommend the spa and if you can get Jane then you're in very good hands.
