Cool place. There are so many spots to chill and take pictures. Food is great!!! Several cool restaurants: Indian, Chinese, Brazilian, Italian etc. There are 3 Rixos hotels in Sharm. And this one is close to Rixos Seagate - and you also have access to there. You can visit and book restaurants in Seagate. If you are travelling without children - definitely top spot in Egypt. Only in this hotel I realized why "Adults only" hotels are for))) When there are no kids around, it is so calm and relaxing. However, if you give priority to swimming in the sea - then this is a no go. Unless you are really ok swimming with medusas and many other sea creatures. Plus you need to walk around 600m on the pier to get to the deep sea. We've been here at the beginning of April. I would state that this is the earliest time of the year you should visit here. Even during this time, sometimes it was cold. Everything was so great that I put 5 stars despite the sea.

The quality has worsened

We have been 3 times at this hotel, and we will go for the fourth time in March 2026. From the first time until the stay in 2025 in March, the quality of hotel services has worsened: food, alcoholic beverages, DJ music. DJ too often lets russian music that does not like the big part of the hotel guests. There are many reviews on this website about counterfeit foreign alcoholic beverages. I wonder how the hotel management tolerates it? It is probably no coincidence that the hotel ratings fell from 5 to 4.8 a year.

Excellent hotel across the all areas, supportive in very difficult circumstances

We had the pleasure of staying this hotel in June, we had visited Sharm previously in another hotel although it was good but we read a review on this hotel and decided to give it a go, and I am glad we did. We arrived late in the night and was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome, check-in was painless, a golf cart took us to our poolside garden family room in Block 4 and we were very pleased with it. It was spacious. It was very clean and this was due to house keeping in particular Sala Mohamed who was fantastic during our stay, the room had all the bells and whistles that you would expect in this type of hotel. Considering it was gone midnight there was still food available and although there was not a massive selection it was more than adequate to appease our appetite at that time of the morning. The following morning we were up early to go to breakfast, the selection was amazing, from continental, omelette, cooked, pastries, salmon and salads. We then embarked on exploring the hotel grounds from the quiet pool to the beach front, all was immaculately manicured and not a thing out of place. All the food at the resort is great, from the buffet restaurant with daily themes to the choice of the al a carte, the coffee shop and ice cream parlour on the beach we could no fault the selection and quality, the main problem was what not to eat. We decided to spend most of our days at the Lagoon pool, this has different types of music playing during the day and some activities if you wish to join in Daring from entertainment is a beautiful young lady who will advise what's on and always happy. A huge pool with a pool bar if you wish to partake(as I did) which also has a snack and drinks service to your sun lounger a shout out to Mohammed Ben Ali and the rest of the guys, also the occasional cold towels and sun glass cleaning. Your towels are placed on the beds for you and parasols moved as required but the pool attendants Eraky Mohamed, thank you for your attentiveness during our stay. Also around the pool you may be asked if you want to have a massage, take part in diving or trips out, yes this is up selling but if you are not interested you will be left to enjoy yourself quietly. I arranged some trips through Brian the b****h if you know you know :). Larger than life and what personality, we not only love this guy but would class him as one of the family and I am not that type of guy. It's not all about the money, his caring nature and generosity hold no bounds, never change my friend you are a special individual. As the hotel is quite large there is a golf cart shuttle service which can be a god send in the heat, the guys running this are amazing including Aladeen, Alibaba and Rams, they will give you a running commentary on where things are and tell the occasional jokes, always polite and happy to help. The main evening entertainment is really good either situated on the beach or in the middles of the hotel, from culture to acrobatics, how these people do what they do in the heat is amazing the costume changes to the dancing, chorography was brilliant. I have to mention the bar manager for this entertainment Tuk Tuk he was so passionate on pleasing people and made our life so much easier under the circumstances and I applaud you sir you are one in a million. So, the reason I have been so descriptive and mentioning names. Unfortunately on day four while I was out diving my wife stepped out of a golf cart and headed towards some steps. Instead of stepping on the steps she stepped on a rock broke her legs resulting in on operation, plate, screws and 3 nights in hospital. On arriving back to the hotel everyone was amazing from security, Siyed in Concierge, Ali Naheh on Reception I have not got enough words to thank you all. I have missed so many people out but you all deserve praise. We would definitely recommend anyone to give it a try as you will not be disappointed, we are planning to go back with people we actually befriended while we were there so see you all soon.
