A fantastic 10 days holiday, great room immaculately clean with wonderful views across the creek to the Grand Mosque. The location was perfect for travelling to the many tourist attractions throughout the city. We stayed on a half board package and the quality of the food throughout the many restaurants was excellent. We managed to eat in the main restaurant which has a wonderful selection to cater for all tastes, seafood, salads, Indian, Chinese, Sushi and European and also a great selection of deserts. Marco's (Marco Pierre White) Italian Restaurant was fantastic we visited at least 4 times on our holiday, the food and the ambiance was great. Marco also has a steakhouse grill next door to his Italian restaurant which is unbelievable. The hotel is immaculate throughout and the facilities both inside and out are great. The beach and pools are great with a large selection of sunbeds and seated areas, the Pool Bar, Beach Bar and Bridges Bar are great with a fantastic selection of drinks. If you like cars go down to the carpark and see the hotel owners private car collection it will blow your mind, it is breath taking. I have hopefully gave you a little insight into this wonderful hotel but what is more important than facilities, the food and drink are the staff, all the staff in this hotel go the extra mile to make sure your holiday is the best they can possibly make it. From the management to the housekeeping they all work very hard to make sure you have a wonderful time. I would like to make give a special mention to Michael and Yousef on the concierge desk who arranged our visits to the Grand Mosque and the Yas Marina Formula 1 Circuit, to Benjamin and Shahid at the beach bar who would constantly move our shade throughout the day and last but not least Anita and Sara in Bridges Bar who were always smiling and gave a great service. A big thank you to all the staff for making our holiday very special.

An amazing hotel. The facilities were amazing, the bed was amazing, the food was amazing but what made the experience totally amazing was the polite, courteous and highly skilled staff. The culture of the all the staff provided both my husband and I with an experience that has certainly set a benchmark that will be hard to beat. Well done Fairmont Bab Al Bahr. Would we return? Absolutely.

My stay was perfect! Everything in the room was super comfy and clean! Thank you to Luisa who was very helpful and upgraded us !! We had to wait a little bit of time as the customer that got our room was also VIP. But it was worth the wait. The pool was clean and very quiet!

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont / rooms are spacious and kept spotlessly clean .. poolside was equally clean and staff were amazing, attentive and always happy to help .. food was lovely, various dining options and the cuisine buffet was superb - definitely recommend this hotel - we hope to return in the very near future

I have just returned from a fabulous stay at the Fairmont Hotel, everything was amazing about this place . From the rooms which are very spacious , very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean to the food , buffet breakfast with so much to choose from I couldn’t fault anything . There are several different restaurants to choose from for lunch /dinner and also the pool bar . The people who work at the pool were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you and especially keeping me supplied with drinks all day and the food was very good too !!! Last but not least thank you to the concierge team and reception team who were very welcoming and helpful , very quick check in and out to Ronaldo for the beautiful chocolate and fruit and to Rafat thank you for your help and gift. I will definitely be returning next hopefully for a longer stay !!!
