It’s been a great expedience and warm welcome at Novotel. Ambient is amazing. Cleanliness 9/10. A very unique style receptionist counter. Above all Mr Abhishek the reception guy is always with warm welcome and hospitality. Very supportive, active and professional.

The ambience was really amazing and som maya was extremely soooo sweet and helpful, she was extremely warm and welcoming. Thank you for being so good and reflecting your personality through your actions. The food was very very fresh and tasty. Som maya even helped us with what can I do in a day in Abu Dhabi which helped us plan our day really well. It’s very necessary to have such interactive staff for homely feeling. The hotel staff was very professional and kind to help us. Thank you once again

Grand lobby, ambiance is the most beautiful and the people. As I passes by going to my room they celebrated a Christmas tree lighting, it was so nice seeing children singing, room was mediocre but reception was outmost helpful in the hotel. Loved their outdoor pool and bar cozy place. Overall was wonderful.

Staying in Novotel Al bustan, all staff are Good and Thank you for the Good service Abigail in the Reception, she's kind and friendly willing to help anytime, the food also in Nea is so good also Good thanks to the girl who assist us there and to this hotel

I'm staying here at Novotel Abu dhabi Al bustan, First time here and so admire to Abigail the reception how she assist us and also how she friendly she is, She gives us a good room with a view and have a Nice service, so friendly and have nice smile
