前台服务态度非常差，下水道堵塞从马桶旁边喷出很多水，多次打电话致前台不是不接就是直接挂我电话，我入住过很多国家酒店，第一次遇到如此无礼的待遇，得不到基本尊重，以及没有尽到星级酒店应尽的礼遇以及遇到事情不处理挂电话的态度真惊人感到无比惊讶，前台对欧美国家会说英文的客人无比热情，是否对中国人歧视问题？

地點：近ADNEC，公車可抵達 房間：格局方正，光線舒適、有辦公桌可移動，但浴室排水設計較差，容易積水 用餐：早餐冷盤類新鮮，麵包點心也不錯，熟食類有待加強，希望可以兩三天更換品項 服務：房間服務人員態度周到且貼心，可惜飯店前台人員服務態度有改進空間，也希望前台人員對飯店提供交通服務更有了解

但是。。。。因周三早上急着出门，直接就走了，未去前台退房，结果打了N个电话催邮件TAX INVOICE，一直未给。急着报销，很耽误事情。唯一不足的地方。
