前台热情度不高，1点多到酒店，一定要我等到3点才能办入住，一点也不人性化

We would like to clarify that our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. During busy periods, we may not always be able to accommodate early check-ins before 3:00 PM. 总体服务还是很到位的，服务员很热情，代客泊车服务也很到位，礼宾都做到了正常的水准。 房间位置稍微有点差，是房景房，而且就两个小窗，基本上无法看到沙滩，有点对不起这个位置和价格。 室内的水数量有点少，只有两个。送物品的服务稍有点慢。早餐水准中等偏下，对比上一家住的迪拜JW万豪酒店缺失的有点多了。
