The service is excellent, extraordinary. We‘ve been here before and would always come back. The pool service is awesome. Especially K.B. and Ali, they are thoughtful, kind,friendly and service-oriented.

KB where do we begin? What a guy, service was incredible, he knew what we wanted a drink before we asked. He wasn’t there one day and we could tell the difference. You made our holiday! Kaan (Exclusive Sports Club) Loved all of his classes, from day 1 we had to attend them all. Couldn’t ask for a better trainer, he really pushed us to our limits and he was such a lovely person. How is this guy not a manager? Islam was our evening guy, very kind and hospitable. Always went the extra mile for us and checking in on us - our evening wasn’t complete without him. Pepsie served us twice at AJA and teppenyaki, she was lovely and so attentive to our needs in an efficient manner. We can’t thank her enough for amazing service with our first two dinners. You all made our holiday an absolute delight. We will be back next year!!! Love from Soph and Aim (Hugo sprits &vodka lemonade/tanq seville girls - Welsh)

Absolutely wonderful hotel from the accommodations, food, amenities all with exceptional service. The daily activities programme was the best we’ve ever experienced such a good variety, loved the paddle boarding and the sound bathing. This hotel has the most amazing staff they are a real credit.

Let me start by saying, in all my reviews, i do not think that I have ever posted a review before I have actually left a resort but nothing on my last day here will change my mind about this hotel and the people in it! From the moment we checked in walking through the palatial entrance we knew that we may have found something special here! We arrived in the morning, way before check in time and so after a long light from London we decided to visit the spa! Impeccably designed with a true sense of calm and relaxation, we decided to book a hamman and massage which was exceptional and washed the flight and travel off immediately and set us up for a perfect next few days. We had a sea view room which was spacious, well designed and had everything you needed, housekeeping were immaculate every day! Food here is exceptional, even the Turquoise buffet main restaurant is top drawer with the selections on offer, probably the best I’ve sampled outside of Las Vegas which you can never really compare to anywhere! 5 a la carte restaurants including Greek, Italian, Asian and Teppanyaki (small supplement for this one but well worth it) and if staying for 5 nights you have access to all of these. The wines on offer are more than palatable and we never felt the need to upgrade as the Chilean Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon were delicious! The beach is perfect, still calm sea, comfy beds and DJ at 4pm where you can move over to lounge chairs for sunset, you simply cannot want for anything here! There is a beautiful open courtyard in the evening where they have live entertainment a beautiful setting! Now the staff, where to start here? So many people made our stay special and we have always been of the mindset to engage with people as it heightens the experience. The people here are so dedicated and their only purpose is to make sure that you are relaxed and content. They notice your routines, they preempt your next move it’s a calling not a job! Thank you to our barista Sonu who knew our exact order every morning, thank you to Maneesha, Bishoraj, Deekshit on the beach for arranging our favourite beds, waters, everything we needed every day, thank you to Phu and Don at Turquoise for a table out of the sun and having a glass of wine poured ready for when we returned with our food, Rodney and Vivek the mixologists for always surprising us with lovely refreshing drink we’ve never tried before, thank you to Azizbek for looking after us in the evenings, I am sorry if I have forgotten anyone please forgive me as there were just so many of you that made us and our stay feel so special. My wife and I have a golden rule of never visiting the same resort twice as there is so much of this world to see but I think the Rixos Premium will become the one exception to the rule!
