I rent a one bedroom service apartment, and the room is spacious, clean, and wonderful. The receptionists are very polite, and the cleaning team is wonderful, very good, polite, and act professionally with a wonderful attitude: both of them: Ramandeep and Bikesh.

A wonderful hotel, beautiful location, nice view, and excellent room service. My room is on the fourteenth floor. I thank the young men working in room service for their hard work. They are very polite and courteous young men. Their work is very diligent and clean. I would like to thank Mahefuz, Avi, and Meoajul. I offer them all my thanks and appreciation. Thank you to everyone.

As a platinum member of the Accor group I booked this hotel for 3 nights. The disappointment started on the checking. The booking even confirmed by Accor was not submitted the right way to the hotel. Lots of excuses with no solution... Endless discussions. I cannot recommend this Hotel at all and checkout after first day.
