Great experience we had with my family here it was very spacious and clean. The adjuscent hotel facility was incredible beautiful. Kids had enjoyed with their swimming pool while we are resting at the cabana. Overall experience was fantastic

The worst Accor experience I have ever had. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment for two adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child. Check in was slow, I was told I hadn’t paid and had to ask her to check at least four times until she found the payment. There are no toilets in the lobby, they are under renovation. The room was simple. Kitchen is really damaged with scratches to the worktops that look like they have been burnt. There was no bedding for the 5th person so we called reception who were rude!!!!! Came back after going out to find a very dirty uncovered duvet left slumped in a chair with no pillows etc???? Then went to shower, only 2 towels for 5 people? This was rectified by housekeeping very promptly, however the second duvet and cover this time, were also dirty. Beds are uncomfortable and pillows really are not fit for purpose. Finally, check out is at noon. At 11.15am we got a call to the room (whilst running round and preparing to checkout) to remind us what time checkout was? I’ve never had this happen in 40 years of extensive travelling! Dreadful service and for the money paid, not value for money at all

The staff do not seem to have any idea what is going on. Could not access the car park, or the lift to the hotel. At check in no one bothered to recognise out existence, more interested in the computer than actually attending to guests. Just a really bad first impression

Its my first day in wonderful hôtel in Abu Dhabi im enjoi my Birthday staff is very discipline And carring and so freindly management perfect spacially thanks to avi, Suman , merajul and supervisor mohsin All good im very enjoi in this hôtel thanks you ….☺️☺️

Shamila the supervisor is very cooperative, appreciable and have a good work ethics. Prakash as well is very kind and professional especially in maintaining the house keeping in our room. Overall all so far I love my stay especially in the 9th floor, the view was superb .
