Being gluten free, it was so wonderful to have them go to great lengths to make me gluten free Pad See Ew, made by Am that day. The breakfast in general is amazing and I loved that they have a whole seperate gluten free section. The food is so amazing! Their main pool is also very big and has a swim up bar, plus a volleyball net to play volleyball in the water. They have lounges at the beach as well as the main pool, and the pool outside the gym. They also have a pool table in the lobby.

We arrived very early on the first day of our holiday the reception staff Diary, Sun, Eric and reception manager JB were friendly, pleasant and accommodating. We were offered a welcome drink, towels and breakfast as we were waiting for our room which they kindly allowed us to check in early. Although the rooms are basic they are pleasant enough, pillows are fluffy, bedding and mattress is soft and comfy. Coffee facilities and hairdryer available in tbe rooms. There is also a mini fridge. Views from our room were amazing. Although there are families at the hotel you could not tell as the ambiance was pleasant. The Aura and Tamarind staff, Alvin, Lasantha, Aoy plus many others were friendly, accommodating, professional and welcoming always there with a smile. Also tried out the Talay spa at the hotel. Lovely ambiance very serene. Therapist Yau and Celina were welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 hour pampering by Yau. The hotel needs a little updating which they are slowly doing. The hospitality staff overall are hardworking, friendly, pleasant and are always happy to go out of their way to help. Overall we have enjoyed our 10 day break. Look forward to coming back soon. We had a fantastic time at this hotel the food is incredible beautiful swimming pools, and the rooms are perfect and comfortable always clean and organised. If you need any help the workers at reception help with all your need, they are kind and efficient, they are extremely understanding and helpful, Especially Dome, and Sun, who were able to help with our needs, such as late check out. Everyone is so kind and welcoming with bright smiles. The view is gorgeous amazing beach and staff with fun activities and lessons to attend.
