The rooms are very small and tired. Not worth the money.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre visite n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes et que la chambre n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances en termes de confort et de qualité. Nous comprenons parfaitement l'importance de disposer d'une chambre accueillante et agréable. Bien que notre hôtel ne soit pas en cours de rénovation, nous prenons vos remarques très au sérieux et ferons le nécessaire pour améliorer l'aspect et l'entretien de nos chambres. Nous voulons que chacun de nos clients se sente à l'aise et considère que son séjour offre un bon rapport qualité-prix. Il est également important de souligner que notre politique tarifaire est conçue pour rester compétitive, se rapprochant de celle d’un Ibis Budget, avec seulement environ 5 € de différence par rapport à un établissement en périphérie. The staff has been amazing. They took care of a package for us, waited for a lost member of our group overtime and gave great recommendation for local dining. Breakfast is also very nice. Rooms are basic and the price reflects that properly. We'll come back!

The hotel is very basic. Our family room was shabby and the the plug wouldn't work in the sink. It wasn't particularly clean either. Breakfast was also a very small buffet with a limited amount of seating. Kept having to reset key cards on a daily basis as they stopped working. Not worth the price we paid at all. Wouldn't stay again. NB - we stayed at the IBIS Vichy before which is much better.

Terrible 😢 rooms smell , not clean and rooms tired

We arrived quiet early and were told that our room was not ready and the guy on reception said give him a couple of minutes and dad he’d make the room was ready , he came back after 5 mins and said we could go to our room , so we went up and wow 😮 Brie room had been sprayed with some chemical , we then spotted dead mosquito’s and other bugs on our sheets and open all the windows and had to leave our room , we also spotted there was a huge / sharp chip on the skewer tray and horrid marks , not only to the sheer and tiles but to the paintwork and the room was very shabby and dated . The staff were terrific and nice but were let down by the condition , the breakfast area was chaotic and things had run out by the time we had got there , tinned fruit ,
