The hotel has amazing view and beautiful pool. The room has a nice balcony facing to the butterfly garden. The colleagues are very friendly and helpful, especially Kelvin and Khoa. They helped us with restaurant booking, taxi booking and check in/out.

Our second stay at this property, 7 years after we stayed for 1 night in 2017. We booked 6 nights in a bay view room on the 4th floor. The room was very spacious and had all the usual amenities you expect from a 5 star beach resort. The resort facilities are excellent with two tennis courts, sauna, steam and cold plunge pool, excellent spa facilities at Nang Spa, good size pool to swim laps in the morning and on top of this, a prime position on My Khe beach. Yoga classes were free for all guests and began at 6am each morning, led by the wonderful yoga instructor Thuy who was a very experienced instructor and ran a great class. Food options at Epice and Azure were both of a very high standard and the breakfast selection each morning was fantastic. Above all this, it was the staff that made the stay memorable. Super attentive, friendly and nothjing was ever too much trouble. Special mention to Lan at reception, Hon at Epice restaurant, Hoai from Accor guest services, Sang and My at guest services who were really just wonderful and made our stay. The hotel is well located in Da Nang, with plenty of food and beverage options within a 10 min walk from the hotel. Will be staying here again on our next trip to Vietnam!

My wife and I stayed in the Pullman Danang for 2 nights. Due to 5 times delay from Vietjet we didn’t arrive in Danang in the morning as planned but almost at midnight. Every time I informed the hotel about the flight delays and new arrival times, I received confirmation for the airport pick up within a few minutes. We finally arrived around 23:00 at Danang airport and were greeted at the airport exit by Ms. Evie and the driver Mr. Phuoc. Even they had to wait for a long time, and it was almost midnight both Ms. Evie and Mr. Phuoc welcomed us with a big smile and brought us to the hotel in 15 min time. When we arrived at the hotel around midnight Ms. Jenny was waiting at the hotel entrance to help us with the check in and she provided us with all the necessary hotel information. She also made sure we still got some room service and offered a room upgrade. We were frustrated because of the 5 times flight delays, but the smiles and kindness of the hotel staff upon our arrival made it all go away. The hotel itself is wonderful, food and service in the restaurants is very good. We also joined the Saturday evening barbeque on the beach and again food and service were excellent. We had a very pleasant stay and special thanks to Ms. Evie, Ms. Jenny and Mr. Phuoc.

Soon as we walked in, it was OMG! Far more than we expected. Lovely rooms, private gorgeous beach( water like a bath), large swimming pool. Staff were all amazing. Special mention has to go to 2 young men who helped/ advised us from the very 1st moment, Tommy,& Kelvin. Wish our stay was longer.

We had a fabulous stay at the Pullman Danang Beach Resort and the customer experience was wonderful from end-to-end. We were picked up at the airport by our driver Vu who was very friendly, professional and full of knowledge. Upon entering the limousine we had ice cold water and refreshing towels waiting for us. As Vu drove us to the resort he pointed out key landmarks and gave us plenty of great tips on what to do and see while we were in Danang. Upon reaching the resort we were warmly greeted by the reception team who had some cool welcome drinks and refresher towels waiting for us. As they seamlessly checked us in we enjoyed the view and our drinks from the Infinity bar. We were upgraded to a gorgeous, spacious Deluxe Room that overlooked the water and the Lady Buddha statue. The reception staff looked after us well during our stay with particular standouts being Thu and Jenny. Facilities wise, there was a lovely pool with the beach just metres away. The fish and chips from the Azure Poolside Restaurant were so delicious and brought me back childhood memories of old school fish and chips which we enjoyed from our beach lounge chairs. There is also the Nang Spa which provided a variety of beauty and massage services, as well as a complimentary sauna. There is a well equipped gym next to the spa that overlooks the main pool. The morning buffet breakfast at Epice Restaurant was sumptuous with so much choice from a variety of international cuisines. the egg cooking station made a wonderful eggs Benedict. The Guest Services team were outstanding and are truly a credit to the resort and the Accor group. We met the Guest Services manager Thao at the Sunset Social drinks and she was wonderfully friendly and informative. She shared with us so many of the activities that the resort had on offer that my wife was particularly interested in. There were morning running groups, tennis sessions with professional coaches, badminton/volleyball/basketball with staff, complimentary bicycles to ride around, morning yoga sessions, to name a few activities. I had the pleasure of meeting Evie in person who had prearranged everything for us in advance such as our airport transfers, local advice, and general guest assistance inquiries. Diem also helped my wife to book a number of the activities that my wife undertook. Every staff member that we interacted with at the resort was friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. We really enjoyed our time at the Pullman and look forward to returning there in the future. Thank you to the Pullman team for a wonderful experience.
