Our stay at Mercure Danang Hotel was absolutely wonderful from the moment we booked until check-out. I made a small mistake with my reservation, but Trang, the Guest Relations Manager, went above and beyond to fix everything and completely put my worries at ease. Her care and attention truly made a difference. The team also surprised us with something special for my son’s birthday, which made the day incredibly meaningful and memorable for our family. We booked access to the Executive Lounge, and it was a delight — peaceful, comfortable, and a perfect place to unwind. We also enjoyed Karma Spa, which was very relaxing, and the gym facilities were excellent as well. Honestly, we didn’t want to go home. Our stay was that lovely. Thank you to the entire Mercure Danang team for making our visit so special — we can’t wait to come back! 💛

I had a great time at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always assist with a smile. The location is convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants, downtown. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and i still choose Grand Mercure Danang for my next vacations.

Please note that we are Accor platinum members not that it should make a difference, but just that we have 90 plus nights in Accor hotels and never had such a horrible experience While checking out, when we asked for one glass for water , they outright just rejected it and said no water . Nothing more to be said , this just reflects the whole experience of our stay and the way they treat their guests

VERY excellent Dung GRO very helpful very kind, We have wonderful stay in Grand Mercury Danang. We have a beautiful view in there I can see Dragon Bridge from my room and I love it.

Honest review of my Christmas stay (Suite Room)

I stayed here from Dec 25th to 27th. To be honest, even though I booked a Suite, the service at the beginning was quite disappointing. ​They messed up my room assignment at check-in point (how do you mix up a Suite assignment?>.<), and then there was another frustrating issue with the umbrella. When you stay in a Suite, you expect a certain level of seamless service, but the front desk really dropped the ball. I was honestly ready to leave a bad review right then. ​However, the Executive Lounge team saved this hotel. The staff at the lounge were the only ones who provided the 5-star service I expected. They were so professional and attentive I decided to let go of my anger regarding the check-in and umbrella mistakes. If it is not for the lounge team, my rating would be really much lower. ​The Suite itself was nice—clean wooden floors and a relaxing view of the bridge, even in cloudy and rainy weather. "​One key note for management" My email keeps getting overwritten by a "WeChat alias" in your system, so I never received the survey(GSS). Please fix this bug....it's kinda manipulating GSS.
