整体是不错的体验，可惜最后一天因为有大量当地政府体系人员入住、办活动，导致房间紧张没法申请延后退房，有点运气不好。

Your kind remarks about your overall experience are truly encouraging and appreciated by our entire team. At the same time, we sincerely regret the inconvenience you encountered on your departure day. As you experienced, the hotel was at a very high occupancy due to a large group event involving local government personnel. This unexpected situation limited our room availability and, unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate your request for a late check-out. We fully understand how this impacted your plans and truly empathize with your situation. Please accept our sincere apologies for this shortcoming.
