Had an enjoyable stay at Novetel . The hotel was incredibly clean, with rooms having a nice view of the Han River and the service was outstanding. A special mention to the bellboy TUNG for his exceptional assistance—friendly, attentive, and truly above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Staff has warmly greeted us from the beginning and kindly explained hotel services and ammenities. Nami, Luccie and Tran were kind enough to assist us in the lounge and we had a great experience from the get go 👍

This hotel is the most friendly and hospitable hotel I have ever been to in Danang. There is a very handsome bell guy who is very cute and supports me very well. What a memorable trip, I will come back here at the nearest time.
