Trinh was exceptional...he was very attentive and went above and beyond to help me with all the needs. The staff at reception were very courteos...spoke English very well...

After 3 days of experience at the hotel, I feel that the hotel service is very good, the staff is very friendly with guests, the room is cleaned every day very clean, the view overlooking the sea and the city is very beautiful.
