I had amazing food and service at the L’table restaurant from Ms Lira and the team . (Helen, Albert and Hieu) . Really loved the pizza and the pinacolada and specially the Mullet wine recommended by Lira was amazing

Great food and even better service! We had an amazing breakfast at the Mercure Bana Hills. The buffet selection is great and the staff does a wonderful job of keeping the food fresh and ready at all times. The best part of our meal was the service from Miyeon. She was so kind and proactive, always checking in on us with a smile. She suggested we try the local Vietnamese coffee, and it was the best coffee we had during our stay! Highly recommend this hotel for their hospitality.

We have amazing experience at Mercure Danang. All employee are helpfull and kind. The bell boy who help us carrying our luggage, the receptionist at the lounge who assist us during checkin, the restaurant staff when we have dinner and breakfast. The pizzas are deliciuous, the bread is chruncy. The breakfast menu are vary and taste good. Overall we are satisfied staying at Mercure Danang. Thanks to all staff. Two thumbs up

The hotel is of course fabulous with really nice, cozy rooms and great ambience. Was a truly amazing experience. However, I want to especially appreciate the hotel staff who went above and beyond in what was a medical emergency for my family. Hotel Manager Jasmine, her staff member Caroline and the nurse (I am sorry I cant recollect her name!) were extremely helpful when there was a medical issue with my infant son at 10 pm at night, right from providing initial care, getting the cable car to run at night especially to enable us to take our son to the hospital, arranging for an ambulance at the cable car station and even accompanying us to the hospital to manage the language barrier. All of you guys were fantastic and I truly appreciate the support you gave us that day. Highly recommend their fantastic hospitality - stay at Mercure Bana Hills for a magical experience, both from the hotel as well as the staff.
