Xin chao N1650LAKatien, Following your recent email to Accor Plus, I would like to thank you for your message and for taking the time to share your recent experiences at Premier Village Danang. I am truly sorry to read about your disappointment and frustration, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or distress you encountered during your recent visits. Your loyalty to Accor and your trust in our resort are deeply valued, and it is disappointing to know that we did not meet your expectations. Please allow me to clarify a few important points regarding the Pool Pass policy and its recent adjustments. Free access to our pool for Accor Plus members has always been a property-specific benefit offered as a gesture of appreciation (not an entitlement guaranteed by the Accor Plus program). This complimentary access, like other local promotions, is extended at the discretion of the resort and is subject to change depending on operational needs. In April 2024, we communicated transparently to all Accor Plus members regarding adjustments to this policy. A detailed message was shared outlining changes, including the introduction of a tiered discount system for accompanying guests and the continuation of complimentary access for the card holder. We also ensured that members who had purchased their Accor Plus membership less than one year before the policy change would continue to enjoy the former access benefits until their membership expired, as we realized that many of them had purchased the card for this benefit. Due to the growing popularity of our Pool Pass offering and the need to preserve the comfort of our in-house guests, we sometimes must halt Pool Pass sales when we approach capacity. This is a proactive measure taken to ensure our in-house guests (who have booked and are staying at the resort) can enjoy the main pool and find available sunbeds. These measures are never taken lightly and are applied consistently to all external guests, not only Accor Plus members. Therefore, it is normal that you did not find the beach club to be 100% full. We have made considerable efforts to communicate these limitations clearly in advance. Our March communication specifically stated that access to Nautica Beach Club is on a first-come, first-served basis, with no advance reservations accepted, especially during peak hours (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM). We also encouraged guests to contact us before arriving to check the availability status. In regard to the specific concerns you raised about the attitude and behavior of certain team members, I want to assure you that we take such feedback very seriously. I will personally investigate the situation and review the conduct of the employees mentioned. If it is confirmed that their attitude was indeed disrespectful or unprofessional, then please accept our most sincere apologies and rest assured that appropriate corrective measures will be taken. While we regret that your recent experiences fell short of expectations, I assure you that our policies are designed with fairness and guest satisfaction in mind. We are grateful for your continued support of Accor and hope you might reconsider and give us the opportunity to welcome you back in the future under more favorable circumstances.
