Weekend in Lleida, again

Since we had a good experience from our last stay in LLeida , we booked this hotel again. This time we walked in without a reservation. The young lady was very friendly and got us a room in the 4th floor. The room was very clean with and Ibis Standard furniture. Just perfect for this weekend. For dinner tried the restaurant in the hotel again. Everything was to its best. Breakfast buffet was plenty to choose from. After the breakfast we want to our room for checkout. The door from our room would not open. We believe there a technical reason for it. We went down to the front desk to solve this matter. We kindly ask for help. We were turned down. "NO everyting is okay the door should be opened with this card". A kind of argument which I did not expected. After 3attepms we got this it solved. Meanwhile the housekeeper opened the door , even so we had the red "no disturb" hanging outside on the door. ???? I think this also is not okay, and also before 12 o clock checkout time.... and no "excuse me" from the housekeeping. Even so this time the experience was not top like our last stay. we hope for the future the unprofessional behavior of the staff won¨t happen again.

Hotel: Easy to locate. Staff: were professional, attentive and pleasant. They were also forthcoming with local information and advice. Room: Large, clean and comfortable but rather warm, had to sleep with the window open. WiFi: Free and worked well from our room. Car park: Free and on site.

We arrived on a Sunday and were told that the restaurant does not open on Sundays! That's a first for an Ibis for us. We had to wait for a pizza oven to be heated up to get a pizza. The place seemed understaffed.

Very rude reception clerk. The lady was completely dissmissive and angry that we arrived with no reservation. I made a booking in the Accor app and checked in. Communication in English was a huge struggle as well. One of the worst experience of all the Accor hotels I visted.
