We enjoyed another beautiful relaxing holiday at Pullman and customer service was excellent, as always. Front office staff gave us a lovely room close to the lift and pool and check in and checkout were seamless. Restaurant service was exceptional and Lina, Nova and Mikva were fantastic with the star being Seni who is always efficient and friendly. After a minor illness I must also congratulate the nurse on duty and very knowledgeable Dr. How wonderful to hear from staff that Pullman Bali Legian Hotel looked after them during covid lockdowns. I look forward to returning to Pullman Bali Legian and can highly recommend this hotel.

We are currently staying at the Pullman. We had a little hiccup at the start of our visit. The amount of care and effort the staff has gone to to ensure our stay has been special after our initial small problem has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff here at the Pullman are all the most beautiful people (especially Rio, the coffee man at breakfast) and I would like to thank all of them for making our stay perfect.

What a lovely hotel close to the beach. Our experience with the staff was great and a big applause for Indah and Depa who both did there absolute best to make our stay the perfect one. The room was well equipped, very clean and spacious. We are coming back 😊

Gross and not up to Pullman standards

Dark, dingy and dirty old rooms. Absolutely not up to the standard of Pullman hotels, we were so disappointed. Bali sewage gas smells were overwhelming in the bathroom, walls were filthy and rooms were basic with no soft furnishings ie pillows/cushions or art. More like a 2 star hotel room. Grounds however were lovely.

The best part of the hotel for me is the infinity pool to enjoy the sunset or in the family or children's pool where you are covered by a big tree...try ordering bebek...it's succulent and crispy...next time I will try there massage where ambiance is the best you can find...the location is perfect if you enjoy going to the beach...only a few steps away and so many restaurants...malls and spa to choose from...to avoid traffic.. just use the the boardwalk or platform by the beach...I'd like to give special mention to ari mahendra for the extra service being a diamond member...I'm sure there courtesy is to all guest...will be back soon.
