The service at this hotel was very satisfying, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, the food was delicious, and the location was strategic, close to the city center. I had a very enjoyable vacation staying at this hotel. Thank you, Ibis Legian!

Smelling like a public washroom

I just checked in, and within 2 minutes I had to check out!!! The room was in an unacceptable condition, and the washroom was the worst part. There was hair on the floor and around the sink, the water had a strange smell, and the entire bathroom had an unpleasant, almost unbearable odor. I’ve stayed in many hotels before, and I have never experienced anything like this. For an international hotel brand, the lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene was shocking. This was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I left immediately because I simply couldn’t stay in a room like that.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel - location is excellent very close to garlic lane. The room was spacious - had a family room. The bathroom is a little small but i can't fault this hotel especially for the price. Just wish they had a gym - 100% recommended.

Unfortunately it’s not clean, door handles and curtains are broken, drain in shower blocked, pool area not maintained, no hairdryer in room, have to wait for staff to find pool towels
