The customer service is so bad. The waiters dont serve still water and get mad when you ask for it. They cant make virgin drinks even though it’s just the drink without alcohol? The place is very fancy but you get the feeling the waiters and workers are judging you.

Delicious food, fantastic service, beautiful view from the window. Breakfast is very rich, nothing is missing, there is even salmon. The staff is committed to taking care of the guests and trying to make the stay unforgettable - during my stay there was a Pyrkon event in the city - the reception staff dressed up as characters from movies and computer games! perfect location in the center, close to everything. I will definitely come back!

It is not my first time at the hotel. But this time I did not feel warm welcomed. Last tim I was treated nice, as I am a Member, but this time, the room was very poor, mini bar empty, and the receptionist looked like she is angry that I came and she must asked me: how can I help you-
