This truly has been the worst hotel I ever stayed in for 40 years of travel. It provides no amenities, does not permit air conditioning use, pretends not to understand English, has uncomfortable beds, no in-room kettle, no glass wear or shampoo, has two scrawny and poor excuses for pillows and thankfully, is quite noisy.

Please know, Sir, that the services you were hoping for are available in higher-end establishments. I regret that you did not take the care to inform yourself about the various points that you mentioned, this would have made your stay more pleasant. We are still looking for the style of this hotel, which lacks character. The area around the hotel is not very reassuring, so it's better to be by car. The first 2 rooms proposed had leaking toilets and a bad smell. The other 2 rooms proposed had the same leaking problem but we kept them. The showers in the 2 rooms had their flexible hose damaged/broken and leaking. Lots of dust on the furniture. For the welcome drink, Granini fruit juice in a glass bottle refused because the bottle was supposed to be returnable. Strange, as all the other hotels in the Group offer this bottle to take away.

Monsieur, tout d'abord, je vous prie de bien vouloir nous excuser suite aux quelques disfonctionnements techniques constatés lors de votre arrivée dans les chambres. En effet, vous aviez choisi une chambre communicante dont celle-ci dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain privatives. Mon équipe a su vous trouver une solution en vous attribuant un même type de chambre. N'hésitez pas la prochaine fois de faire intervenir durant votre séjour une personne de mon équipe compétente, elle aurait su faire le nécessaire et rendre votre séjour plus agréable. Cependant, un rappel a été fait au sein des équipes afin de les sensibiliser sur nos process d'entretien (technique et nettoyage). Pour la boisson de bienvenue, je suis surprise que l'on n'ait pu vous servir un jus de fruit, nous avons pour habitude de répondre positivement, je ferai un rappel au service concerné. Don't follow your gps to find the hotel or you will end up in a strange area behind it. Not a very safe walk into town after dark but the hotel itself is good with nice rooms, decent food and very friendly & helpful staff.

No bath , just a shower. Having to use towel between bottom sheet and mattress protector so to stop sweating against man made material.
