I had missed my train and so I had to get a hotel room for the night. I got so lucky to have stumbled upon Hotel Ibis in Chateauroux France! The staff were absolutely amazing and I will never forget how well I was treated. The room was cozy and comfortable, and I slept like a bear in winter. I will defintely choose to stay at Hotel Ibis again. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone.

Ibis being refurbished, the stay was not so nice. The usual coffee machine was broken. When we asked for a herbal tea as a welcome drink, the receptionist disappeared about 5mns to reappear with 2 cardboard cups, one in the other because of the heat, of 10cl. We gave up the 2 other welcome drinks. Apparently breakfast of 12euro + was served on a tray, room by room, and the coffee was served in the same cups. I asked if they had a teapot, surprised look, no, no idea were the teapots could be. Breakfast outside the hotel was cheaper and more convenient.

I am not satisfied, as being French living in France, I do speak French. How can you be in such a vulgarity. and ungratefulness toward French hospitality! You lost my clientele!
