We had issues with our room they air-conditioning never functioned. Other than that our stay was great. The service in the bar was not the best but they were very busy. Thank you so much for a good stay.

Yes, obviously the membership runs on my name.. but if i book for 4 persons it is visible. why the sofa bed for the two kids wasn't made and had to ask for it.. is unclear to me. also the welcome note is nice and the welcome refresher too.. but one biscuit for 4.. hard to share then better no biscuits ;-)

It is an excellent hotel near the train station and the lake. The breakfast has a wide variety of options. Customer service was fantastic, especially Andrew, who is friendly and accommodating to our group. There is a nice restaurant behind the hotel.

1. I asked during check-out for an invoice. The clerk was not able to issue one and he promised me to send via email on the same day. Three days have passed, several messages send, 4 pine calls and I still don’t have the invoice. There is zero reaction to my messages and phone calls 2.
