Very comfortable and safe for a single traveler. The front desk was clearly there to help. Very clean and room was newly renovated.

On arrival the room smelled as if someone had just taken a dump in the loo, only 2 flat pillows no spares in room, so one each resulting in a cricked neck in the morning., no sign to indicate if we were in the room or not, resulting in the cleanses banging on the door at 0900 to check if we had already vacated, but great on a hungover Sunday morning. The staff however were friendly and the hotel is well placed for gigs at the Roadmender.

Regarding the comments of spare pillows, there are 2 spare pillows under your bed if needed, and this is listed in our Welcome Letter. In regards to there being no Do not disturb sign in your room I have passed this to our Housekeeping Manager to investigate. Clean and comfortable room but aircon didn’t seem to work. Very limited food options in restaurant. Also a group of loud very sweary guests in the bar. I’m no prude but that meant I didn’t stay in the bar.

Travel here a lot for work and have never had any issues, good location and great staff. Only disappointment is that we don't get any loyalty points for the stay.
