Bel endroit calme et reposant. Voituriers au top, professionnels et souriants. Petit déjeuner du matin excellent et équipe du petit déjeuner accueillante de l’arrivée à la fin. Gluten Free adaptée. Nettoyage des chambres aléatoires parfois très bien fait parfois moins bien ça reste toujours au dessus de bien. J’ai essayé de contacter à plusieurs reprises l’accueil par téléphone de la chambre personne ne répondait. La piscine intérieure/SPA est en fait payante. J’ai posé une question au concierge qui ne le concernait pas et m’a demandé de poser ma question à un autre bureau. A ce standing d’hôtel, j’attends qu’il prenne quand même ma question et demande aux collègues ou qu’il appelle un de ses collègues pour venir me voir pour répondre à ma question.

merci pur le surclassement en suite toujours très apprécié service hôtelier presque satisfaisant: presque car 1/une fois chambre non faite à 15h30! 2/ il est totalement inadmissible qu'à 21h30 le responsable caisse du restaurant vienne frapper à notre chambre avec le boitier carte de crédit car la prise en charge sur la chambre ne passait pas (nous restions encore 3 jours et l'hôtel avait mon numéro carte bleue du fait du deposit) service voiturier impeccable

Points positifs : ils sont très nombreux! Un très beau et très apprécié surclassement, architecture de l’hôtel réussie, jardins très beaux et bien entretenus, piscine belle, grande et bien chauffée, qualité des petits déjeuners et des dîners (offre de sashimis notamment mais également cataplana et arroz marisco et tamboril, soupe de poissons), élégant aménagement de la chambre, grand confort du lit, bons produits cosmétiques et d’hygiène de la salle de bain, parking gratuit avec possibilité de recharger gratuitement le véhicule hybride -très apprécié !, billard à disposition, mais surtout une équipe de professionnels presque toujours très sympathiques, très nombreux et dévoués. Notamment le service des voituriers efficaces et chaleureux (Rui et Tiago notamment ), le service de la piscine et du bar Palmas (Patricia, Daniel et Stefen), et sans oublier Nicollas Vasconcellos responsable aussi professionnel que sympathique du restaurant Ria. Points négatifs : certains membres du personnel ne parlant pas le Portugais même pour les paroles élémentaires, restaurant Ria extrêmement bruyant nous obligeant à dîner sur la terrasse malgré le froid, prix et choix de restauration du bar de la piscine vraiment excessif et pour une qualité médiocre (deux sandwiches au thon mayonnaise et sangria pour presque 100 euros !), politique d’ajout de taxes pas claire, service en chambre pas très régulier dans la qualité des produits et prestations assurées
