Dear guest, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you found our location convenient and well suited for exploring Vienna. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator during your stay. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected technical issue with our guest elevator, which required immediate repairs. We are very sorry if this was not communicated clearly and if you felt left without proper guidance. While we were able to provide access to our service elevator as an alternative, we understand that the situation was frustrating, and we regret that our communication did not meet your expectations.
