Bonjour Valued Guest, First of all thank you for your comment, the Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile team as well as the hotel management will be looking forward to your next visit. Indeed the hotel management is aware of the surrounding area noise, but unfortunately it is out of our control as the hotel is situated in the middle of downtown Cairo. Bonjour Valued Guest, Just a short note to sincerely thank you for your comment, the Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile team as well as the hotel management will be looking forward to your next visit. Please note that we the hotel allow their guests to bring food from outside, considering that they do not use any of the hotel’s public areas to consume the food and we do not receive orders to deliver them to guests rooms, they have to receive it themselves from the deliverer.
