The facility is clean and well managed. The airport shuttle bus runs on schedule. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Nour at front desk is particularly pleasant and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make us, the guests far away from home, feel at home here in the hotel.

Excellent Option for Cairo Airport Layover

I have stayed at this hotel many times and never been disappointed. You basically get what you pay for - a spacious, clean and well-equipped room in sight of Cairo airport. The shuttle bus operates every 30 minutes but the driver can be called to pick you up on an ad hoc basis. There is a well-stocked bar at the hotel and breakfast is more than adequate. I paid the Accor/ALL Advance Saver rate, with 15% Voyager discount, and the price, including breakfast for two, was a mere $60.53. Where in the world can you get a 4-star airport hotel for that? If you arrive late and experience any problems, make sure to ask for the excellent night duty manager, Mohammed Antar, who will magic away any difficulties in no time. As an Accor Platinum cardholder, I was given a room upgrade and drinks vouchers.

The hotel was very good and clear. The night manager himself Mr. Mohammed Antar welcomed me in very respectful way. I would like to thank him for all the support he provided to me during my stay. The hotel is in a very good location and the staff is very friendly

I will never stay in this hotel

We were three persons in total; we were told it was a 4-star hotel. However, when getting to the hotel and checking in, with lazy rude receptionist , the state of the rooms was appalling; no disposable slippers, dirty bathroom tub, stained and dirty carpeted floor, no electric kettle and tea items in the queen-sized bedroom, no toilet papers in the bathrooms, dirty bathroom towels, the list goes on. After making several complaints at the front desk and calling the room service line, we were finally given disposable slippers and toilet rolls; no effort was made to vacuum the rooms or even wash the bathtubs. For such a steep price, the state of the rooms was worse than what you will find in a two-star hotel, and It begs the question of whether they intentionally gave us those unclean and ill-equipped rooms, as I have gone through other reviews that have given positive feedback. I will never stay in this hotel if I ever have a layover in Cairo,

Nice atmosphere, clean accommodation, good food and very friendly staff. I recommend the pool bar and restaurant for everyone who likes to relax and enjoy themselves. Many thanks to night manager Mr. Mohamed Antar on a warm welcome and a pleasant stay.
