Best service provided by hotel staff and i stayed there for 6 days and room cleaned good. Specially the housekeeping guy Mr. Reda is a good man and fulfill all the needs like changing the bed sheets on time, towel and providing water on time. Room No. 3130

Reception team helped immediately. Novotel 6th of october location is very convenient. room was neat and clean and all the staff was friendly Mohammed yehia from room service is very polite and helpful.Recommended for family and business trips

Reda Ahmed is very good .Abu Rahim is also very good worker and clean the room very good .Room No.3138.The room series are excellent and make u comfortably. The food service and redturant is good although hotel is under renovation but I am travelling since many years

Great hospitality very clean refurbished with good taste. The food was excellent with a wide choice of various cuisine.

Excellent hospitality Nice rénovation wonderful house keeping (special thanks to Mahmoud Abdallah and Muhammad). All the staff has been really helpful and kind. It has been a pleasure staying at this hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.
