服务非常好，餐饮也不错，酒店房间卫生和设施齐全，关键是人员很用心，在异国他乡打车碰到麻烦问题值班经理也很专业用心地及时帮忙沟通解决，住起来非常有安全感。

入住体验很好。客房服务、清洁服务都很到位。酒店员工服务素质很好。我觉得唯一需要改进的是餐饮部分。我们在亚洲餐厅、意大利餐厅、早餐部分都有体验，早餐种类variety 不够，可选择的部分对亚洲游客并不友好。亚洲餐厅口味需要改进，但是和负责人与厨师交流沟通很愉快。我意大利餐厅品尝到的，和我在意大利体验到的、还有此次埃及旅行其他星级酒店意大利餐厅体验到的口味仍有差距。另外到店check in 效率可以适时提高，是的，我收到了可以在线提前办理的邮件，但是这对一个游玩一整天，空闲时间只想好好休息的人来说，这并不是一个最优的方式。很喜欢这里的床品，和reception 提出想要购买枕头套装，但是很遗憾无法购买。总体很满意，Fairmont会是我下次出行时考虑的首选。

在开罗老城区普遍老旧的五星级酒店里，Fairmont Nile City算是比较好的水准，硬件、服务都不错。意大利餐厅在食客很少的时候依然保证稳定出品；西贡餐厅对亚洲食客来讲反而流于平庸。

噪音大，蹦迪声音吵 严重影响睡眠！ 不主动解决问题 半夜打三次电话才给解决
