The room was extremely good, the service provided is perfect, FG dining room staff were very polite & very helpful . Abdul Rahman & his colleagues served us every day were extremely efficient .

Moustafa was excellent, the absolute best in our trip so far to Paris, Instanbul and Cairo. First class, professional, courteous, quite helpful and accurate with his recommendations, and his smile and outwardly positive attitude is warming and inviting.
