チェックインと朝食が長蛇の列で30分以上待った。宿泊客数に対してチェックインカウンターの要員とレストランのキャパシティが見合っておらず根本的に無理があると感じる。

自分のミスで予約の日程を間違っていたのが申し訳ないですが、キャンセル可能かメール（フロントスタッフに相談して、メールするようと言われました）で連絡しても全く返信がありませんでした。

場所は良いしサービスも良かったが、清潔さに欠けていた。 シャワー/トイレルームの床に小さな虫が這っていた。おそらくトイレ横の排水溝からきているものと思われる。 クリーニング後でも床に髪の毛が落ちたまま。ベッドを整えるだけで床掃除をしていない？
