Dear Hiroshi Y., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologise that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the recognition and benefits associated with your loyalty status. We understand your disappointment that an upgrade and late check-out were not offered or discussed during your stay. We also regret that the attitude of our Front Office team did not make you feel properly welcomed and valued as a returning loyalty member. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.
