夜中、とにかくうるさくて寝られなかった。 連泊だったが、部屋の床が一度も掃除されなかった。 シーツの交換をお願いしても、同じだった。 やや高いイメージ。 少し残念だった。

Your feedback regarding the noise disturbance and the cleanliness of your room deeply concerns us, and I want to assure you that we take your comments very seriously. First and foremost, please accept my heartfelt apologies for the disturbances caused by the noise throughout the night. We understand how crucial a peaceful environment is for a good night's sleep, and it is regrettable that we failed to provide you with the tranquillity you expected and deserved. Rest assured, we are taking steps to address this issue to ensure that our guests enjoy a peaceful and restful stay. Additionally, I am truly sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay. It is unacceptable that the floor of your room was not properly cleaned and that your request to change the sheets was not promptly attended to. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is of utmost importance to us, and we deeply regret falling short of meeting your expectations in this regard. MRTが近くて便利。チャイナタウンやマックスウェルフードセンターも近く、食べ物には困らない。 プールからの眺めは最高、部屋も新しくベッドの広さも快適。スタッフはみなフレンドリーで親切。 朝食も、メインを注文する形で美味しかった。
