Lage top, Zimmer viel zu klein, Personal sehr unfreundlich, vor allem der Empfang beim Frühstück, Frühstück Standard eher 3 Sterne Hotel.

Ich habe ein Zimmer um eine Nacht verlängern wollen und dem Hotel entsprechend geschrieben. Das Hotel hat bestätigt, dann aber doch nicht verlängert und ich durfte vor Ort den kurzfristigen Höchstpreis bezahlen. Anstatt den Fehler einzugestehen, hat die Reception mit mir über Englisch debattiert und keine Toleranz gezeigt.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, der Aufpreis dafür hatte sich voll gelohnt, Am Pool hat man immer eine Liege gefunden, der Garten und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer, sie war zu kalt eingestellt, aber wir konnten die Balkontür offen lassen, dann ging es.
