Das Hotel besticht durch eine zentrale Lage am Rande Chinatowns. Zwei MRT-Stationen und drei Hawker-Center sind -ebenso wie Chinatown- in kurzer fußlaüfiger Distanz erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind für Singapur typisch klein aber sauber, dafür wertet ein Balkon dieses sehr auf. Dafür ist der Swimming Pool recht groß.

Die Lage ist top - super Anbindung an die MRT - Pool und Fahrstühle ebenfalls top - Zimmer sind sehr eng bzw. Bettenlänge bedingt für Europäer geeignet- Bad ebenfalls sehr eng und reparaturbedürftig (Geruchsentwicklung) - Services schwach: Willkommensdrink pro Zimmer nicht pro Person - Frühstücksqualität i.o.allerdings für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten (Säfte, Auswahl Süßspeisen, Fisch etc.)
