Meine Anreise war um 5:00 Uhr morgens , man bot mir einen eartly check für einen guten Zuschlag an. Ein tolles Zimmer mit einer schönen Aussicht und Komfort. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Personal ist höflich und gibt sich als ob man dazu gehört und man fühlt sich als Familie hier behandelt. Selten so ein Gefühl gehabt in einem Haus in dieser Größe. Die Lifestyle in diesem Jaus ist grossartig inn der Cluplounge ein sympathischer netter Teamleiter mit einem guten Kleidungsstyle und Tattoos der das Team freundlich leitet und die Gäste betreut als wären sie Freunde. Ein Konzept der Zukunft first class muss nicht steif sein. Ein das ich sofort wieder wählen.

Ich hatte einen wirklich hervorragenden Aufenthalt im Pullman Singapore Hill Street. Das gesamte Hotel war jederzeit außergewöhnlich sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität, Komfort und ein angenehmes Ambiente gelegt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber die Mitarbeiter des Hotels. Der Service war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts absolut herausragend – immer freundlich, aufmerksam, professionell und gleichzeitig sehr herzlich. Man hatte nie das Gefühl, nur ein weiterer Gast zu sein. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Zaikhan, den Portier des Hotels. Er war jederzeit unglaublich höflich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die täglichen kleinen Gespräche mit ihm haben meinem Aufenthalt eine sehr persönliche und angenehme Atmosphäre gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt habe. Insgesamt war dies eines der besten Hotelerlebnisse, die ich bisher hatte. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und kann das Pullman Singapore Hill Street uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Lage des Hotels im Zentrum. Grds. Kann alles zu Fuß besichtigt werden. Modernes Hotel mit tollem Poorl und Rooftopbar. Schöne praktische Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und sehr guter Service. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel (4. Aufenthalt in 2 Jahren). Die Lage ist optimal für jede Art des Aufenthalts sei es Sightseeing, Shopping, Kultur oder Dining. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar und die MRT Station City Hall liegt um die Ecke (ca. 350m). Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe und sind komfortabel eingerichtet. Sehr angenehm ist auch der Lounge-Zugang, die Buchung eines Exekutive Zimmer bzw. Suite lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
