O Hotel não informou que os frigo bar não funcionam, em nenhum quarto, o piso dos quartos estava bastante sujo com muita poeira, uma das janelas não fechava corretamente e a noite o frio foi bastante grande, box do chuveiro minúsculo, café de manha com pouca variedade e quantidade, bem fraco, mesmo com nível Platinum não houve nenhum interesse e disposição de fazer um upgrade, mesmo após pedir 3 vezes a recepção, em geral uma experiência para esquecer! Não recomendo a ninguém ficar neste hotel!

O hotel precisa de várias melhorias para estar ao nível da All Accor. Os atendentes eram ríspidos e não falavam outra língua a não ser o italiano. Tinham quartos em reforma onde não respeitavam os horários para fazer barulho, começavam o quebra quebra antes das 8hs e depois das 22hs ainda estavam fazendo barulhos. O café da manhã é bem fraco, poucas opções e as mesmas todo dia.

Eu reservei este hotel, alem da localizaçao, porque o anuncio era de que se tratava de um novo hotel, com inauguraçao em Janeiro 2026. Mas fiquei bastante decepcionada, pois nao se tratava de um hotel novo e sim um RETROFIT. O corretor tinha um odor muito forte de cigarro, o meu banheiro estava com o exaustor quebrado e tinha um cheiro horrivel, tinha que manter a porta sempre fechada. As toalhas de banho era bem velhas.

O sistema de calefação não funcionava, a equipe do hotel demorou muito para resolver o problema, mesmo depois de eu insistir ligando várias vezes para a recepção. Acabei não conseguindo descansar direito e fiquei doente, tive muita tosse devido ter passado muito frio. Isso atrapalhou o seguimento da minha viagem!

O hotel é bem localizado. Entretanto, parece mais um Ibis do que um Mercure. O quarto estava limpo e arrumado. Mas é pequeno, principalmente com malas. O banheiro tem uma torneira lateral para a banheira a qual torna-um obstáculo para quem utiliza o chuveiro. Não havia exaustor para o vapor. Toalhas limpas e tudo ok. O cofre não estava funcional, mas no meu caso não fez falta. Todavia precisa d eum up para ser um Mercure.
