Secara keseluruhan pengalaman menginap di Swissotel Nusantara memuaskan, namun kami kurang beruntung karena hadir saat low season yang menyebabkan beberapa hal tidak bisa kami nikmati secara maksimal. Ketika kami datang, kolam renang sedang dalam keadaan maintenance. Keesokan paginya, sarapan hanya disajikan dalam bentuk mini buffet sehingga menu yang ditawarkan sangat terbatas. Tidak ada menu yang biasanya standar disajikan di menu sarapan 5 star hotel seperti waffle, pancake, sushi, atau sekedar olahan kentang yang lebih beragam (pom-pom, hashbrown). Tidak ada pasta, tidak ada menu prasmanan (nasi putih, protein, dll). Semuanya disajikan sangat terbatas, bahkan pilihan yang bisa direquest ala carte pun sangat terbatas. Cukup disayangkan karena berbagai hal standar yang seharusnya sudah tersedia tidak dilengkapi dalam pengalaman menginap ini. Amenities yang disediakan di awal sangat terbatas, hanya 1 dental kit dan 1 shower cap, selain daripada itu harus direquest. Bahkan butter untuk pendamping makan roti pun harus direquest. Sebagai tamu, saya rasa seharusnya hal hal standar sudah dipenuhi dari awal tanpa perlu direquest.

We are pleased to know that your overall stay was satisfying, and we sincerely appreciate your constructive comments which are valuable for our continuous improvement. Regarding the swimming pool, we sincerely apologise for its closure during your visit. An immediate and unexpected maintenance was required to prevent further inconvenience for our guests, and we understand that this affected your experience. We also recognise your concerns about the breakfast variety and room amenities. During your stay, breakfast was temporarily served at an alternate venue, which limited our ability to present the full buffet spread as we normally do. We have since conducted an internal review, and an action plan is now in progress to ensure that our standard breakfast selection, including hot buffet items, wider variety of side dishes, and live cooking options remains available even when alternative venues are used. Likewise, feedback regarding room amenities such as dental kits and shower caps has also been addressed. Action plans have been set to ensure that basic amenities are readily provided in advance without requiring guest requests. We are grateful for the time you took to share these points, as they genuinely help us elevate our services for future stays.
