Dear Rose F, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologise for the experience you had during your stay, and I’m truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We take your concerns seriously, particularly regarding the atmosphere of the hotel, the room conditions, and the service you received. I want to clarify that all of our rooms are equipped with their own fresh air ventilation. Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for us, and we will certainly investigate the issues you raised regarding the room’s cleanliness. Additionally, I regret that you felt that simple requests were met with a lack of urgency. We pride ourselves on providing attentive service, and I will personally follow up with our team to ensure we address this moving forward. However, as I don’t have all the details of your booking, it’s difficult to follow up as thoroughly as I would like. If you could kindly provide more information, such as your booking details or room number, I would be able to look into this matter further. We are also constantly working on enhancing our offerings and are exploring ways to improve both the atmosphere and amenities to better serve all our guests.
