Staff were so friendly and helpful couldn’t ask for more especially Greg. He was absolutely brilliant.

Greg went the extra mile for us all. What a joy he was. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was the best. Definitely recommend the hotel and staff.

Great recently renovated connecting rooms (one twin and one double) in quiet location. Close to the train station but still an easy stroll to the centre. We didn’t see any other guests in the lounge during our 5 day stay, we didn’t try the breakfast / food. The renovation has given a stylish decor to the rooms but the sockets / switches / lights don't match the new layout. For example, the sockets in the bathroom have been blocked up, the full length mirror in the bedroom doesn’t have a socket (to use a hairdryer) close to it and there isn’t a light near the mirror (it has a very gentle backlight). I would have appreciated a mini bar / fridge and some USB sockets. I hit my toes far too many times on the door stop which camouflaged in the carpet in the middle of the wardrobe area. A pleasant stay (we preferred the Ruby hotel on our previous visit to Düsseldorf -but it doesn’t offer family or connecting rooms).

Brilliant hotel. Very modern and chic with cool decor. The room felt like a cocoon with everything you need. Inspired addition of a steamer in the room - we use these at home to drop the creases out of clothes, but also to sanitise. All hotels should adopt this. The breakfast was really good - far beyond expectations for the price. Staff were efficient and friendly. The area around the hotel is not very salubrious, but the hotel is an oasis. We had a very late dinner at the Turkish restaurant just across the street, which would be difficult to do in London. Small feedback is that the cleaning of the room could be enhanced as it was clear that our tea cups and water bottle had not been cleaned properly and the coffee at breakfast could be improved,

Hotel is very central located,renovated and modern. What is best is the staff which gave us great service and service. Especially Ivana . Breakfast was excellent with good variety,fresh juice and good coffees ☕️🥐. Cleaning was also exceptional. We will definitely return when we are on messe Düsseldorf next year!

Stayed for 4 nights on the 5th floor for business. Was only opened 4 weeks and everything was brand new. Staff were excellent, relaxed and helpful. The rooms are small and funky but well appointed and perfect for business trips and the hotel is a really easy few minutes walk to the central train station and tram lines. A good selection for breakfast and the food was great. Dinner selection was a little limited but very nice. The room didn't include an iron or ironing board and no phone so I couldn't ring to ask but once I worked out how to use the steamer thing it was ok. There was no mini bar in the room but it had a Nespresso-type machine. One of the great things though was the glass drink bottle which you could use to fill with filtered or sparkling water from the dispenser on every floor.
