Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo dobrze, to był też powód dla którego wybrałem ten hotel ponownie. Miła i pomocny zespół, czystość pokoju na najwyższym poziomie.

Rezerwowałem pokój z 1 dużym pojedynczym łóżkiem, podczas zameldowania zostałem poinformowany że dostaje upgrade z czego się ucieszyłem ale jak wszedłem do pokoju to się okazało że dostałem właściwie downgrade (2 małe pojedyncze łóżka), co zostało również potwierdzone przez recepcję następnego dnia. Rozczarowanie ogromne.

Wiwa Rodziny - Opinie potwierdzone ALL

Lokalizacja w centrum, blisko promenady, czysta pościel, bardzo dobre śniadanie, sympatyczna obsługa, ale na tym wszystkim cieniem kładą się warunki lokalowe w tym hotelu. Ściany pokoi i meble wymagają remontu. Wszystko jest tak stare, że pamięta chyba wczesne lata 80-te i raczej przypomina warunki w hostelu lub hotelu pracowniczym, niż hotel sieci Mercure. Łazienki były odświeżane, ale w rogach kabiny widać już pleśń. Widać totalny brak inwestycji w budynek, pokoje. Z pewnością dlatego cenu w tym hotelu są niższe niż w podobnych obiektach w pobliżu.
