In terms of location this is inside the station so ideal for travel. And about a 15 minute walk into the town centre of Düsseldorf. The area outside is a bit dodgy with a lot of homeless people around who will hassle people for money - we saw a fair amount of police activity - someone was being restrained on the ground outside when we first arrived. Price wise it is reasonable and the room had a comfortable bed and decent shower. Simple but acceptable. No kettle or tea/coffee in the room. WiFi available. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store bags after checking out for no extra cost.

I recently stayed there and would rate it 3 stars. While it delivers the essential services, it doesn't go beyond that, due to it being a hotel for convenience in location and short stays. The hotel's biggest advantage is its prime location within Düsseldorf’s central train station (Hauptbahnhof). For travelers arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning, the accessibility is unbeatable. You step out of the train and are practically at the reception desk. This makes it ideal for short stopovers, business trips, or anyone prioritizing transport connections. Of course, being in such a busy hub means the surroundings can feel crowded and noisy, but the convenience cancels this out. The rooms are functional and compact. They are clean and well‑maintained, but the furnishings are basic and the space is limited. Beds are comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, though not plush or luxurious. Bathrooms are small but practical, with the necessary amenities provided. The design is simple and utilitarian, which suits the 3‑star rating—nothing fancy, but reliable. Staff are generally efficient and polite, handling check‑in and check‑out smoothly. Service is professional but not personalized—again, exactly what you’d expect from a 3‑star property. It’s about practicality rather than indulgence. Prices are affordable compared to higher‑rated hotels in Düsseldorf, and you get the essentials without paying for extras you may not need. For travelers who prioritize location and convenience over luxury, it’s a sensible choice.

Shady customer service. If I can give them a zero, I would! Called hotel before our daughter arrived via train at midnight. Was told we can sign up for loyalty program for member’s rate. We couldn’t book hotel because of midnight arrival, which changes the date to next day because we want our daughter to be able to check in right away for the night since she’s leaving early. The front clerk acknowledged her new membership sign up and yet when she was given the key, she realized the prices were higher. She asked for member’s rate and showed him the screen shot, which was taken a few minutes before midnight, and was told that the Internet prices will be different from over the counter price at the hotel. Hello, this is your own hotel website list member price, not some third party booking platform! Anyway, he checked with another team member and they refused to honor the member list price on their own website! Would not have gone there if they had been honest on the phone in the first place. Stay away.

Stayed a total of 4 nites within the month of June 2025. Initially given a room with the door facing Konrad Adenauer on the 1st Floor, which has reduced noise. Very basic room, with a double bed, 2 pillows. No water kettle, only TV mounted on the wall and all in one shampoo-conditioner-bodywash liquid, a hair dryer. With room AC that turns on-off intermitently. 2 entrances, 1 via inside the HBF and other to the nearby street. The other room is more inner in the 5F, but can hear the rumblings of the trains. Shops within the HBF is conveniently accessible. Sufficient for transitting, nothing more.

Hotel ma już swoje lata - to widać w zasadzie wszędzie: w łazience, w pokoju, na korytarzu. Śniadania średnie, chyba gorsze niż w innch Ibis`ach. Najgorsza była jajecznica :-). Wpuszczenie mnie na śniadanie zajęło obsłudze ok. 10 min - ważniejsz była klientka, która chciała zamówić i zapłacić za kawę, ważniejsze było szukanie kabla i podłączenie telefonu do ładowarki
