Please allow me to share that we are currently in the process of relocating and upgrading our fitness area to a new space, which will offer significantly more room and a broader range of equipment. Regarding your medication, we fully understand how upsetting this situation must have been. While it appears this may have been an unintended oversight during room servicing, we are addressing this matter thoroughly with our housekeeping team to reinforce the importance of handling guests’ personal belongings with the utmost care and attention at all times.
