Dear Ms. S., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your recent stay. We are truly sorry to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the gym facilities are highly appreciated. Please allow me to share that we are currently in the process of relocating and upgrading our fitness area to a new space, which will offer significantly more room and a broader range of equipment. We anticipate these enhancements will be completed during the upcoming season and trust they will greatly improve the overall guest experience. Regarding your medication, we fully understand how upsetting this situation must have been. While it appears this may have been an unintended oversight during room servicing, we are addressing this matter thoroughly with our housekeeping team to reinforce the importance of handling guests’ personal belongings with the utmost care and attention at all times. With respect to the breakfast invoice, it seems there was a misunderstanding during the process. Please be assured that there was absolutely no intention to charge you twice. Nevertheless, this remains a regrettable human error on our side, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. At the same time, I would like to thank you for your kind remarks regarding the spa facilities and the comfort of your room, which are truly appreciated.
