Upgrade do apartamentu prezydenckiego w miejsce dwóch pokoi to coś, co wyjątkowo doceniam - bardzo miłe, że obsługa dzwoniła wcześniej z pytaniem, czy takie rozwiązanie będzie dla mnie ok. Sam apartament ogromny i piękny, jeden z najlepszych pokoi hotelowych w jakim w życiu byłem. Obsługa super, jedynie śniadania mogłyby być nieco bardziej urozmaicone i lepiej zorganizowane (bałagan w przypadku zamówienia opcji na świeżo).

Comfort with some niggles

Visited for 3 nights. Impressed by the comfort of the room, bed and facilities within the room including the very strong WiFi. The buffet style breakfast was superb with an amazing choice of food and drink items available. With regards the staff none stuck out as either over positive or negative. Just professional in their approach. The two niggles which detracted from me giving a higher score have been mentioned in previous reviews of other travellers so maybe it’s time the management of the hotel addressed these. Namely:- The room was very cold on arrival and took over 24 hours to react even then was not to my liking. Important when the wind chill temperature outside was minus 8. The shower had a tendency to leak over the bathroom floor. On my first day I was out of the room until approx 5pm yet housekeeping had not attended to the room. A third world problem but something you would reasonably expect a hotel of this calibre to manage. Tallinn is a wonderful place to visit and I would hope to return. Whether I would return here is questionable

Your comments regarding the room temperature are particularly concerning, especially given the winter conditions during your stay. A room should be comfortable upon arrival, and waiting an extended period for the temperature to adjust is certainly not acceptable. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shower leakage and for the housekeeping service not being completed by the time you returned to your room. These are fundamental aspects of the guest experience, and we fully understand your expectation that they be managed seamlessly in a hotel of our calibre. Your feedback has been addressed with the relevant department heads, as recurring comments are taken very seriously and guide our improvement efforts. While some preferences may vary from guest to guest, operational consistency and comfort should never be compromised, and we regret that this was not your experience on this occasion. What an amazing hotel!!

Firstly, Can I just say that we had a fabulous time in Tallinn and the stay at the Swissotel was fantastic. We had a room on the 26th floor which had a fabulous view of the city and the Harbour, amazing!! The location of the hotel was excellent. A short walk to restaurants and the old town. The room was large & airy and the bathroom was huge, a great shower, beautiful tiles and the bath was large & oval with hot water a plenty. We enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. We had a number of drinks in the Horizon bar on the 30th floor which had amazing views. The breakfast’s were out of this world. We tried to eat healthy with the cereals, fruit etc, however we were always drawn to the cooked breakfast. A great choice of food for everyone. Taxi from the airport was 11 euro’s whereas the return via Uber was only 6 euro’s. Finally, the overall hotel experience was of a warm and cosy feeling and the staff made our stay the more enjoyable.

Okay, let me start by saying that the hotel is well located and our overall experience has been good. But five stars? Maybe if you’re not used to what five-star hotels look like in the rest of Europe, the US, or Dubai. I would rate this one around 3.5–4 stars, not 5. I do understand that the facilities contribute to the star rating. Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Room: 3/5 Gym: 2/5 Spa: 3/5 The hotel is older, worn, and simply doesn’t live up to a five-star standard. I am happy to pay for a good feeling, but this hotel is to expensive for what you get..
