の度もグランドメルキュール浜名湖リゾート＆スパをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 今回もご滞在をお楽しみいただけたとのこと、またお部屋のアップグレードについてもお喜びいただけたようで、大変嬉しく思います。お部屋の清潔さやWi-Fiについても高い評価をいただき、ありがとうございます。 一方で、夏休み期間中の混雑に加え、オンラインチェックインをご利用いただいたにもかかわらず専用カウンターがなく、約1時間お待たせしてしまいましたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。オンラインで事前にお手続きをいただいたお客様の利便性を十分に活かせなかったことを重く受け止めております。専用カウンターの設置を含め、混雑時のチェックインをよりスムーズにするための運用を検討してまいります。 また、ヨーロピアンスタイルのスパサービスについてのご提案、ならびにメール・電話対応を含むスタッフの接客について、率直なご意見をいただきありがとうございます。より洗練されたホテルホスピタリティをご提供できるよう、接客マナーやコミュニケーションについて改めて教育・研修を行い、サービス品質の向上に努めてまいります。
