We had a lovely experience at the resort. Staff were great and looked after us very well. Room was very nice and spacious. The breakfast and dinner buffet sessions were busy, but staff were very attentive to make sure the great selections of food was always available to all.

2nd time to stay here in grand mercure hamanko and we really enjoyed the stay and foods .. also they upgrade our 2rooms. so thankfull

I love all the food buffet, contained so much variety and taste good! The refill process also very fast and promptly in time. The only improvement can be the lounge is overcrowded during weekend and no bell boy service

We loved breakfast, especially the yummy ice-cream. The staff and service was great also. The room was comfortable and clean. But perhaps some improvement to the comfort of the beds might be suggested.

Stayed there in 2023 Fall, very pleased with relaxed environment. This time it was the opposite, had to wait in long lineups for check in and buffets, it was very crowded at the buffet, unable to browse well with kids. Bath house was also very crowded, had hard time finding a space to change, rushed to get in and out. Didn’t feel like “resort” it was more like a facility this time.
