We stayed at one of the executive room. The room was spacious and clean. The dinner was ok, but the breakfast was better. There are onsen, sauna and cold tab.

Friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner, scenic view. Quite heavy moldy smell in Traditional Japanese Futon Bedroom. Confusing checkout experience.

We sincerely apologize for the multiple inconveniences you experienced during your stay, especially regarding the unclear booking information, the condition of the room, the checkout process, and the communication surrounding the use of ALL reward points. We are truly sorry that the moldy smell in the traditional Japanese room and the quality of certain amenities did not meet your expectations for a 5-star resort. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and facility management teams for immediate review and improvement. Regarding the booking process, we deeply regret the confusion caused by unclear descriptions of packages, amenities, and breakfast inclusions. We understand how frustrating it must have been to spend hours verifying details. We are currently reviewing the clarity of our website content, package descriptions, and confirmation documents to ensure that future guests can book with confidence and without unnecessary confusion. Additionally, we sincerely apologize for the lack of English instructions in the laundry room. We will be preparing clearer multilingual guidance to ensure ease of use for all guests. Concerning the issue with using ALL reward points at checkout, we apologize for the miscommunication and for the distress caused. It is extremely regrettable that our team was unable to assist accurately at the time and that the follow-up was delayed. We are working closely with the ALL support team to review the situation and reinforce staff training so that ALL member benefits are correctly communicated and honored. We also appreciate your comment regarding the 90-minute dining time. Your feedback will be considered as we evaluate how to provide a more relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.
