Regarding your comment about parking, we sincerely regret any confusion upon arrival. After reviewing the details of your stay, we would like to kindly clarify that the underground parking is located in the same building but is operated by the shopping center and is available for an additional fee, as communicated by our team member. In order to assist you in the best possible way, our team personally guided you to the parking area located in front of the hotel, where we usually assist our guests with parking. Please be assured that our intention was never to refuse assistance in any way. The comfort and convenience of our guests are very important to us, and we are truly sorry if any miscommunication may have caused a different impression. With regard to the takeaway breakfast, this is intended as a simple offering for guests departing before regular breakfast hours.
