The rooms are extremely small and the breakfast is very bad. Cats running all over the place at dining area. The music at the dining area is too loud. It's annoying in the morning during breakfast. No place to keep any luggage in the room. No place to hang coats and jackets

It was very hot in the hotel. The air conditioner works only for heating. The employees reacted strangely to the request about late chek-out. Why do I have to remind employees that I am eligible according to their loyalty program? Why then do we need this program at all? The hotel staff, especially the bar is absolutely not friendly.

Excellent Location Good for families and solo Travelers everything is near by ,rooms are very clean and also breakfast is delicious The restaurant is open 24/7 so you can dine in and eat any time , special thanks to Mr Abhinav ,Mariam &Natalie they are very friendly and helpful, liked there Attitude as well . Strongly recommend to everyone this Hotel .
