Miss Mi bar and Mövenpick Café on Spencer will open as usual. Melbourne Cup – Tuesday 3 November 2026 Miss Mi restaurant will be closed. Miss Mi bar will open from 3pm with an extended menu. Mövenpick Café on Spencer will open as usual. A 15% public holiday surcharge may apply.
