The location of this hotel is fantastic being adjacent to tram stops trains and skybus , + the added bonus of being a short walk to marvel stadium. Our room was comfortable and well laid out with plenty of room to move. The provided robes were soft and snugly and really appreciated, which added to the ambiance of the room. We loved the styling of the hotel with Melbourne artwork in both the rooms and the hallways. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast each morning and the staff were fantastic. The bar area was intimate and provided the ideal location to have a drink before going out. I probably should have started with this but if you stay here the afternoon tea with complimentary movenpick chocolate treats was to die for. The Pool, sauna and Gym were all utilised and even though the pool is indoors it is exposed to the outside and we found we had a cool brease running through the area but this wasn't a problem with the pool being comfortably heated and large in size as well as the spa being large and nicely heated. The pool is quite large and could easily swim for exercise in it. We took advantage of the car park as we drove down to Melbourne, but this Hotel is so easy to access simply taking the dynon rd exit off the freeway and following the road straight to the hotel, then left and left and your in the car park. I cant speak highly enough of the staff here , nothing was a problem, they were happy to oblige any request we made. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future .

Can I please get my $350 deposit back please as promised? Bathroom shower recess had mould. Breakfast average and be prepared for a long wait time

Customer service was outstanding 😍 so helpful and friendly! First time being asked if we wanted to leave our bags for a later pick up, of course we said yes…. The room was perfectly clean and everything seemed to be brand new.. Close the trains and tram, just perfect! We have found our go to hotel!! 😍

Comfortable, quiet and classy stay. We booked through Accor and when we arrived were upgraded to a very nice room. Passage carpet is soft and quiet, no noise intrusion from any where. Felt like our own paradise. Large room, very large TV and usb outlets a great help. Deep bath, walk in shower with a LARGE head. Robe, shoe shine, sewing kit, and many other items supplied. Towels were thick and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Car park rate was high at $45 for the night but was secure and it is in the centre of the city. Entrance for cars is off a side street so had to go around the block to find it😊. Staff very friendly and helpful. The welcome gift of rocky road was very much appreciated. Water in foyer included sparkling

Spent four nights at this Hotel and enjoyed every bit of it. Convenient position. Great rooms, comfortable bed, willing and friendly staff. We want to say a big thank you to Tim Bramer especially. Nothing was too much work for him and his staff. Willing, able and full of smiles. Also want to thank Pete and Lily at the front desk. Tini at breakfast. A very pleasant stay. Will do it again!
