Pour 1500 euros les 5 nuits . Pas d’eau chaude au lavabo de la salle de bain, chambre non faite dans la journée, linge sale à changer oublié dans la chambre , 2 ascenseurs seulement attente longue , petit déjeuner impossible avant 7 heures , manager qui ne daigne pas se présenter et s’excuser des tracas . Certains personnel peu aimable . Seul point positif , l’emplacement dans le centre de Tokyo . Mais ça ne me suffit pas . Je ne reviendrai pas

Hôtel bien situé par rapport au métro. Chambre confortable, fonctionnelle et propre. Tarifs un peu élevés au bar et restaurant. Certaines personnes de l’accueil étaient très aimables, d'autres moins.

Très bon hôtel, situé quasiment au pied de la gare et métro Shimbashi près de Ginza. Joli club lounge. Personnel sympathique. Dans les points "négatifs", je mentionnerai que les chambres sont vraiment petites. C'est courant au Japon, mais là il n'y a aucune place pour ranger ses affaires et mettre les valises.
