Très bien sauf l'execrable dame qui s'occupe du petit dejeuner. Matinal, je souhaitais prendre un café avant l'ouverture du restaurant. Elle a refusé qui plus est sur un ton désagréable. La pauvre dame de l'accueil ne pouvait rien faire tant elle en avait peur. A noter que je suis Gold member. Cette odieuse personne pseudo responsable de la cuisine ne respecte pas les standards Accor.

This was not the level of service we strive to provide. Although the coffee machine is normally unavailable before breakfast hours due to hygiene reasons, we made an exception and provided it to you the day before the incident. Unfortunately, our staff member did not take this situation into account and was unable to respond flexibly on the following day. We deeply regret that we did not handle the matter with greater understanding and communication. After receiving your message, we immediately informed the staff involved and instructed her to take a more flexible and guest‑oriented approach in the future. L’ équipe est sympathique (merci pour le petit café à 4h du matin 😉), la chambre propre, très confortable et bien insonorisée. Il y a un rooftop à la vue sympa (surtout de nuit) et un onsen propre et agréable dans l’hôtel. Seul le petit déjeuner s’est avéré décevant, mais il y a suffisamment de konbini pas loin pour vous en passer.

Chambre de taille raisonnable pour Tokyo, très propre et très calme, personnel hyper aimable Petit déjeuner un peu juste avec des produits qui sont disponibles un jour sur deux.
