First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the discomfort caused by the inappropriate attitude of our staff, as well as for the message sent to you without proper consideration of your comments. This was not the level of service we strive to provide. Although the coffee machine is normally unavailable before breakfast hours due to hygiene reasons, we made an exception and provided it to you the day before the incident. Unfortunately, our staff member did not take this situation into account and was unable to respond flexibly on the following day. We deeply regret that we did not handle the matter with greater understanding and communication. After receiving your message, we immediately informed the staff involved and instructed her to take a more flexible and guest‑oriented approach in the future.
