第二天要求换床单,没换。有头发没拿掉

We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and discomfort caused, particularly as your request for a sheet change was not attended to and the bed linen did not meet our cleanliness standards. This is certainly not the experience we want any guest to have. 1、作为国外游客,对贵国是充满期待和热情来商谈旅游的。故经朋友推荐选择了贵店,在中国第三方平台下单预定,但是由于着急填错了姓名的一个字母,又着急打印出行程单以备海关使用,所以提交申请修改,可是20分钟过去仍未通过修改申请,所以我只能退订重新下单。但是贵店扣除了我4000元的预定金额,我反复联系第三方平台交涉,得到的答案都是酒店系统原因无法退还。在我本人到达贵店后又与贵店前台交涉,答案仍然是无法修改贵店系统的规则。对此我无法理解,也改变了我此次出行的对贵国和贵店的印象。是否对游客和消费者太过死板,苛刻。我只是修改信息代价如此之大,且我还是作为消费者的身份,这在中国是绝不会发生的,建议贵店修改规则,给客户解释的机会。 2、我住的房间里柜门一边老旧不容易拉开,所以第一天没找到拖鞋和吹风机 3、建议Wifi在房间有链接提示 4、建议洗澡间有架子可以放客户随身用品

To clarify, modification requests submitted via third-party booking platforms are first routed through the platform’s system before being transmitted to the hotel for review. Under normal circumstances, a minor correction such as a single letter in a guest’s name would not pose an issue for us. However, due to the time-sensitive nature of your request and the short interval between the modification request and the subsequent cancellation, the request may not have reached us or been processed before the reservation was cancelled. As the cancellation was made on the same day through the third-party platform, the system automatically applied a cancellation charge equivalent to the first night, in accordance with the platform’s cancellation policy. We kindly recommend contacting the third-party booking agent directly. They may reach out to us on your behalf, and we will be happy to confirm that the hotel would have been agreeable to the name correction. 浴室设计缺陷,每次洗澡水都会溅出来很多。房间没有大桌子,东西没地方放。
