入住信息: 白金卡,火热价预订基础房3晚,总价757.77 SGD。升级至“豪华大床房”。 先说结论: 位置绝佳,适合爱喝酒的朋友(从早到晚香槟自由)。但房间偏小、没有书桌,商务出行劝退。 房间 & 欢迎礼: 虽然写了升级,但豪华大床房依然非常紧凑,最大槽点:没有书桌。欢迎礼是一盘水果 + 甜点(2颗马卡龙 + 2块布朗尼)。 硬件 & 动线: 去客房需要在4楼换乘电梯。泳池、健身房、大堂吧、餐厅、行政酒廊全部集中在4楼。 行政酒廊藏在行政公寓最里面,从公共区域过去要刷2次房卡,略麻烦。 行政酒廊权益(白金卡): * 无下午茶,仅提供早餐 & 欢乐时光。 * 早餐 有两个选择: 1. 4楼 Eden餐厅(6:30–10:30) 2. 酒廊(7:30–11:00) 酒廊早餐品种较少,但有单点菜单,每人限点一份。单点菜品多数Eden也有,不过酒廊出品更精致,且有一些独有款式,比如班尼迪克蛋。 连鸡肉粥酒廊版都加了麻油,更香。 酒廊早餐一大亮点:提供 Pommery Brut Royal NV 香槟——喜欢晨饮的朋友不要错过。 * 欢乐时光: 以下酒小食为主——芝士盘、炸鸡、玉米片、沙拉。 酒单非常厚,选择极多。目测大家都是冲着香槟来的,几乎人手一杯。 总结: * 优点:地理位置无敌,去哪都方便;酒廊酒水配置很高,香槟从早供应到晚。 * 缺点:房间太小且无书桌,不适合需要办公的商务旅客;行政酒廊动线曲折。

第一天只给两个矿泉水,然后就再也不给水了。

Please allow us to clarify that all guestrooms are equipped with a filtered water system, and the reusable water bottles provided in the room are intended for refilling throughout the stay as part of our sustainability initiative. In addition, signage is placed at the bar counter within the room to inform guests of this initiative and the refillable water concept. Nevertheless, we sincerely apologize if this may not have been clearly noticed or communicated during your stay. 服务不及时! 房间电视没信号致电客服2H后还没人来,下到一楼前台说明情况!反正服务很慢的!有可能服务人员少吧
