整体感受很好，喜欢铂尔曼的环保理念。唯一的不足是房间水龙头很难开，需要用很大力。

第一天只给两个矿泉水，然后就再也不给水了。

Please allow us to clarify that all guestrooms are equipped with a filtered water system, and the reusable water bottles provided in the room are intended for refilling throughout the stay as part of our sustainability initiative. In addition, signage is placed at the bar counter within the room to inform guests of this initiative and the refillable water concept. Nevertheless, we sincerely apologize if this may not have been clearly noticed or communicated during your stay. 服务不及时！ 房间电视没信号致电客服2H后还没人来，下到一楼前台说明情况！反正服务很慢的！有可能服务人员少吧

被子枕头臭，房间没书桌，只有一张椅子。桌子椅子成本不高，为什么不能配齐？
